Hominy, onion, boneless skinless chicken thighs, Mulay's Chorizo sausage (pork, salt, paprika, spices, garlic powder), pinto beans, corn, tomatillo, diced green chili, garlic, spices, sea salt 

Spice level: mild-medium 

Cooking Notes: Instant Pot (pressure cook) or Slow Cook. No stove top cooking required. 

Serving Suggestions/ Ingredients to have on hand: We love to top this with shredded cabbage, sliced radish, avocado and cilantro. Sour Cream is perfect if you are sensitive to spice.
