Local, pastured beef, onion, lemongrass, lime juice, ginger, garlic, thai chilis, tamarind paste, lime leaf, spices, sea salt, coconut sugar

Comes with 1 small can of coconut milk

Spice level: Medium-hot 

Note: We do not make our rendang as hot as it traditionally is, but it is still spicy. If you love heat, feel free to add more chili, as desired.
