Casa Crobu- Classic Lasagna Bolognese

Casa Crobu makes every element of this classic Lasagna Bolognese completely from scratch.  Each pasta layer is handmade, the traditional béchamel is smooth and creamy, and both all-beef bolognese and the tomato sauce are slow cooked for a minimum of 5 hours.  Finished with grated parmesan and mozzarella cheeses in between each layer, all you have to do is pop this in your own oven and enjoy any night of the week!

Bolognese Sauce: 100% ground beef, tomato sauce, red wine, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.  Homemade Pasta sheets: Imported Italian 00 flour and semola, egg, water, salt. Bechamel: Italian 00 flour, whole milk, butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg.  Tomato Sauce:  whole plum tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt.  Cheese:  Mozzarella and Parmesan.
