Green lentils, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, celery, tomato paste, garlic, balsamic vinegar, vegan sriracha, sea salt, spice
spice level: mild
Cooking Notes: Slow Cook. (We don't recommend cooking dried beans & lentils in the instant pot on pressure cook, as they are more difficult to cook consistently). No stove top cooking required.
Serving Suggestions/ Ingredients to have on hand: Serve on a whole grain bun with sliced avocado and shredded cheese. We also love to serve this in a roasted sweet potato/yam. Side salad or your favorite steamed/sauteed/roasted veggies.
